The following message is addressed to the Seventh Day Adventist Church.  Behold there are many who claim they are Seventh Day Adventists today and yet have rejected many of the Testimonies and blessings that were given her. 

Rev 3:9  Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie;

 

“The Lord Jesus will always have a chosen people to serve Him. When the Jewish people rejected Christ, the Prince of life, He took from them the kingdom of God and gave it unto the Gentiles. God will continue to work on this principle with every branch of His work.” [Last Day Events, page 59]

 

“In the balances of the sanctuary the Seventh-day Adventist church is to be weighed. She will be judged by the privileges and advantages that she has had. If her spiritual experience does not correspond to the advantages that Christ, at infinite cost, has bestowed on her, if the blessings conferred have not qualified her to do the work entrusted to her, on her will be pronounced the sentence: ‘Found wanting.’ By the light bestowed, the opportunities given, will she be judged.” [Last Day Events, page 59]

 

I invite you to be a Berean to search to see if these things are so.  To see if the light bestowed on her was used accordingly.  Or like the night Babylon fell a large class of Adventists have been “Found wanting”.   We must be very careful before pronouncing this judgment.   I would invite you to read this present truth message.

 

The Fallen Body of the General Conference of Seventh Day Adventists- A look through prophetic eyes[THE LOUD CRY]

 

Rev 18:1-5  And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory. And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies. And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.

 

People ask me.  “How can you say this body is a fallen body?”   I answer because scripture makes a plain distinction as to what constitutes a fallen church.   Some will say “Well the church can never fall”.  And I answer “That’s right the church can never fall, the gates of hell shall not prevail against her,  but entire conferences would be lost”.   The General Conference body is a fallen body of Seventh day Adventists.  The intention of this article is to clear up misconceptions and misuses of the writings of the Spirit of Prophecy and to clearly distinguish what Babylon means and what Babylon Fallen means.

 

“We are in danger of becoming a sister to fallen Babylon, of allowing our churches to become corrupted, and filled with every foul spirit, a cage for every unclean and hateful bird; and will we be clear unless we make decided movements to cure the existing evil?” [Manuscript Releases Volume Twenty-one, page 380, paragraph 1 and quoted in Testimonies on Sexual Behavior, Adultery, and Divorce, page 188, paragraph 3]

 

A cage of every unclean and hateful bird.  In other words “Babylon Fallen”.  All Gods promises are conditional.  Some say that God has a special branch that has unconditional promises.

 

“God’s promises are conditional. In order to make it possible for Him to bless us, we must do our part. We cannot expect that all His blessings will come to us naturally, if we fold our hands in inactivity. We are to be laborers together with God. It is our privilege and duty to labor for souls ready to perish.” [Sermons and Talks Volume Two, page 195]

 

“The Lord Jesus will always have a chosen people to serve Him. When the Jewish people rejected Christ, the Prince of life, He took from them the kingdom of God and gave it unto the Gentiles. God will continue to work on this principle with every branch of His work.” [Last Day Events, page 59]

 

With every branch of his work he works the same.  There is no branch including the General Conference that he will not take the kingdom of God from.  The quote is clear.  The devil might suggest it as he did with the Jews and Apostolic church, the Roman church or every other branch of his work.  But the devil is a liar who misuses Gods word.  God said to Moses he could destroy an entire people and make him a great nation.  He spoke the same through John the Baptist and Jesus saying that if they refused the message he could make Abrahams seed from rocks still keeping his promise with Abraham. 

And we must also understand what constitutes the church.  Is the church a corporation? Or is the church those who are Christs body walking this earth doing his will in work, school, home, food or drink etc.    I want to use Romans 11 to show the principle of replacement theology.  As well as a few other quotes from the bible and spirit of prophecy.  Names always have a meaning such as “Israel means Overcomer”, “Jew means chosen”.   In other words Gods chosen would be overcomers.  Basically spiritual Jews[Romans 2:28.29].  Or Spiritual Israelites [Ephesians 2:11-22].   The promises to Abrahams seed were kept with Abraham.  We gentiles are “Abrahams seed through Christ”[Gal 3:29].  God keeps his covenants.  But Abrahams literal descendants didn’t.  Therefore “the kingdom was taken from them and given to gentiles”[Matt 21:43].   So to say it is not blood that distinguishes the promised people.  It is not a letter, nor a baptismal certificate that makes up Gods people.  The spirit of Elijah through John said  “Say not to yourself we are Seventh Day Adventists”.  

 

Now Paul says in Romans 11 “Has God cast away his people, God forbid for I also am an Israelite of the seed of Abraham”[verse 1] and I say to the General Conference Seventh Day Adventists “Has God cast away his church, God forbid, for I also am a Seventh Day Adventist of “the seed of Abraham through our Lord Jesus Christ””[Gal 3:29].    But the question remains now.  “Am I a true Seventh Day Adventist?”  “Are you a Seventh Day Adventist?”.

 

Many are aware that the message of the 144,000 is the Elijah message to the church.  John the baptist came in the “spirit of Elijah”[Luke 1:17].   The message was a message of repentance.  A message that said Mat 3:9-10  “And think not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham.   And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: therefore every tree which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.”   There is a tree now that is bringing forth no fruit but merely leaves.

 

Romans 11 talks about a tree and Abrahams seed and talks about grafting into that tree unnaturally.  And yes God did raise Israelites from the gentiles[Romans 11:25].  70 weeks were determined on the nation of Israel[Daniel 9:24-27, Jer 31:36, Matt 21:43].  A period of probation was given and then a man came in the spirit and power of Elijah[Luke 1:18]Now the Elijah message says the same thing to the General Conference to “think not that you are Christs seed because Christ is able to raise Seventh Day Adventists from stones”.     Don’t think that because you have a baptismal certificate that will make you a Seventh Day Adventist. 

 

I hope people  recognize that the Seventh Day Adventist church mirrors Israel in that day.  This is important so that we recognize our duty in order to receive the latter rain of the Holy Spirit. God always works in duality.  

“Jerusalem is a representation of what the church will be if it refuses to walk in the light that God has given. [...] Christ turned from them, saying: ‘O Jerusalem, Jerusalem,’ how can I give thee up? ‘How often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!’ Matthew 23:37.” [Testimonies for the Church Volume Eight, page 67]

 

Behold there house was left unto them desolate.  Now that we know that God can raise Seventh Day Adventists from rocks, or graft them in unnaturally like he did with the Apostolic church[Romans 2:28,29].  Let us see what characteristics constitute Babylon and Babylon Fallen.  Please understand that there is a distinction between the two.  Many say “Don’t call the church Babylon”.    And I would never call Gods church Babylon  But I would also never call a fallen body such as the General Conference Gods Church.  A church can be recovered out of Babylon.   Reformation is possible when a church goes into Babylon.  But when fallen a church has then “been weighed in the balances and found wanting”[Daniel 5:27, Rev 18:1-4].   The call is then made to the people to come out of her[Revelation 18:4].   Please take careful note of these next quotes as to what characteristics constitute Babylon and what characteristics constitute Babylon Fallen.

“When the early church departed from God and imbibed pagan errors, she became Babylon[NOT FALLEN]. When she united with the state, she fell[BABYLON FALLEN], and, as an organization, was the body of Christ no longer. While the Reformation churches held fast to the word, Christ was with them. Then they crystallized their various errors into creeds and endeavored thus to confine God’s word, they made themselves daughters of Babylon[NOT FALLEN]. When some of them united with the state, they fell[BABYLON FALLEN], and God had to use other people, called out of Babylon to carry forward His work. Now [in 1896] among these very churches which came out of the second Babylon, confusion reigns; and now [in 1896] great Babylon, including later daughters, is in adulterous union with the kings of earth , and is endeavoring to make that union stronger. God calls no church Babylon which holds to His word, and follows the light that shines from it, even though there are in its membership many who do not know Christ When the controlling influence of a church is downward, it erects some other standard besides God’s word.”

We will see that the General Conference is definitely not using the word of God as her standard.This is the 1896 Sabbath school lesson.  I have one more quote from this.  But I want you to please make sure you understand when a body falls.  At the very point that it unites with the state it falls.  This is repeated several times.  Please note that when a church is in Babylon it has imbibed pagan errors.  I will not list any here of what the General conference has imbibed such as salvation in sin because these are other issues.  But I would advise you to read my article on Ellen White and the Trinity as she described it as “The Omega of deadly heresies”.   When heresies arise in a church this does not constitute a fallen church and the call is not yet made to “Come out of her”.   Reformation is called for until she unites with state then she falls and reformation of that body is no longer possible. Then the call to “Come out” is made, however as the quote said “Confusion reigns”. 

“It has ever been true that a backslidden body, one that has turned from God’s word to men, from God’s power to the state, was never reformed in itself. Invariably God’s message has called out those from the fallen church who would do His will and preach His gospel. Israel went down to Egypt for help, and their captivity and loss of power followed. Out of the captives God gathered a faithful band to do His work. The Jewish church failed, and God called out the apostolic church to do His bidding. The Roman Church failed, and out of it God called the churches of the Reformation. Some of these churches failed to advance, and God called out others to bear His gospel to the world such as the Baptist, Methodist, Congregationalist, Disciple, Adventists. His last ‘called-out’ people will know no standard but His word, no power but His Spirit.”

First Quarter, Lesson IX, February 29, 1896, p. 33-34:

A church that has imbibed pagan errors is Babylon.  A church that has turned from Gods word is Babylon.  A church that erects a standard besides Gods word such as a book of fundamental beliefs is Babylon.    These churches can be reformed.  But you will note in the above quotes that when she turned to the state she fell.  That is Babylon fallen.  The second and final stage of an apostate body. 

Make no mistake one that turns to the state to defend her has commited fornication with the kings of the earth[Revelation 18:2].  This is denial of faith in God.  Faith is what justifies.  A denial of the faith of Jesus.    Why if we have Gods power would we ever turn to the state to defend us.  Is our God so small that he cannot defend us?

So we can understand the principle of what constitutes a fallen church versus a church that is to be reformed and when we are called out.  A message was proclaimed in 1888 by 2 men named Jones and Waggoner.  Most Adventists are familiar with some of the story though many have no idea what they taught.  This message was labeled the “Third Angels Message” by Ms. White and she said that if we accepted it as a body that Jesus would come for his church within 2 years.  We are now 120 years later and the General Conference claims to basking in the glory of 1888.  Again if this is the case either Ellen White was false or those proclaiming to be basking in it’s glory are wrong. 

Something is seriously alarming about this.  And if you are a General Conference Seventh Day Adventist you must continue on as we will see a great prophecy fulfilled.  “I counsel thee to buy of Christ eyesalve that thou mayest see”[Rev 3:18] and of all things you can do.  Do not stop here and please do not say “I am increased with goods and in need of nothing”[3:17].  This church joining state is shown in Revelation 17 by a woman riding a beast.  A woman in prophecy represents the church[2 Cor 11:2, Rev 21:2, Jer 6:2].  A beast normally represents a Kingdom[Dan 7:17,23]  Babylon is also represented as “sleeping with the Kings of the earth”[Rev 18:3].  This represents a church and State union as well.  And when this happens the very next verse says a call is made to “Come out of her my people”  [Rev 18:4].  She is left desolate she has unchurched herself.  Let us see what the Spirit of Prophecy has said about unchurching. 

Virtually Caiaphas was no high priest. He wore the priestly robes, but he had no vital connection with God. He was uncircumcised in heart. With the other priests he instructed the people to choose Barabbas instead of Christ. They cried out for the crucifixion of Christ and, as representatives of the Jewish nation, placed themselves under the Roman jurisdiction, which they despised, by saying, “We have no king but Caesar.” When they said this, they unchurched themselves. [Manuscript Releases Volume Twelve, page 388, paragraph 1]

OK.  So the very moment that the Jewish Church was no longer the church she declared “We have no king but Caesar”.  In other words she “Commited fornication with the kings of the earth”.  The call was then made “COME OUT OF HER MY PEOPLE”.  The Apostolic church was formed and by Acts Chapter 2 they were saying to not “be partakers of her sins”.   The order is perfectly described.  There can be no mistake as to what would constitutes Babylon fallen.  Those are the characteristics that distinguish a fallen church.  Say you have no king but Caesar. Fornication with the kings of the earth.

“Found wanting”  Daniel chapter 5 declares the night Babylon was found wanting.  The night it was declared “Babylon Fallen”.  The General Conference was given an opportunity to be the Seventh-Day Adventist church.  We should call no commandment keeping church Babylon at any time.  Neither should we weigh it in human balances.  What we have above is not human balances.  It is the word of God.   The balances of the sanctuary.   I will quote a very misused quote.

“I tell you, my brethren, the Lord has an organized body through whom He will work. […]When anyone is drawing apart from the organized body of God’s commandment-keeping people, when he begins to weigh the church in his human scales and begins to pronounce judgment against them, then you may know that God is not leading him. He is on the wrong track.” [3 Selected Messages, pages 17, 18]

There is a difference in the above two quotes.  One quotes the “Balances of the sanctuary”.  The second quote says “in his human scales” or in other words in your own balances.  We can’t call a church Babylon or Babylon fallen if it is not shown by the word of God.  We can not base it on our opinion.  We cannot weigh it in human balances.  It must be completely weighed in the balances of the sanctuary.  Then and only then can it be “found wanting”  or in other words “Babylon fallen”.  We cannot call a commandment keeping people “Babylon” or “Babylon fallen”. 

What commandment does a church and state union violate? 

 

“A union of church and state means a recognition of a spurious sabbath, and a failure to respect the conscientious observance of the Sabbath of the fourth commandment.” [Manuscript Releases Volume Twelve, page 218].

Ellen White said a union of church and state union is a violation of the Sabbath.  The Sabbath includes the spiritual rest which is complete trust in God.  So I agree that if you make the world your trust you are violating the Sabbath commandment.  In 2 or 3 witnesses should it be confirmed.  I would like you to see what ATJones proclaimed. 

“Now I want to state a little further upon the principle that no Christian, being a citizen of the kingdom of God, can of right start any procedure in connection with civil government. After it is started by the government itself, that is another question . . . I repeat therefore, that upon the principles which govern kingdoms and governments, the very principle of the law in heaven,or law in earth, a Christian cannot start any procedure in connection with civil government. And of all Christians, SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTISTS cannot do it. The very keeping of the Sabbath forbids it.” - 1895 General Conference Bulletin, page 28. - by AT Jones

Now before moving on I will ask you to consider two things.  These quotes should be understood properly.  For instance if the church was using the state to persecute dissenters she then would be violating the Sabbath.  Forcing unrest as Pharaoah or Nebuchadnezzar or the Jewish Church when they brought the people before the counsels.  Or the Roman Church when they brought Heretics before the courts. And if this was true that a church is doing this they are NOT “the commandment keeping people of God”.  Correct?   Please read this next quote carefully.  And understand what spirit would inspire these things if you don’t know already.  The question is do we bring the erring before the courts?  Or would we be erring in doing so?  That is Satans method.  Read this very carefully.

The spirit that instigates accusation and condemnation in the church which results in uprooting those that are looked upon as evil-doers, has manifested itself in seeking to correct wrongs through the civil power. This is Satan’s own method for bringing the world under his dominion; but the Lord Jesus Christ has given us no such example for thus dealing with the erring. God has been misrepresented through the church by this very way of dealing with heretics; he has been represented as the one who empowered the church to do these wicked things.

Those who have differed from the established doctrines have been imprisoned, put to torture and to death, because the dignitaries of the church could not endure those who dissented from ideas which these leaders deemed to be true. Satan himself is the sower of tares; but even though he is the sower of them, they are not to be rooted up, lest by chance the wheat be rooted up with them. Let both grow together until the harvest; and the harvest is the end of probationary time. Fiendish zeal has been manifested in excluding dissenters from the fellowship of the church, and passing upon them the sentence of excommunication by which the Roman Church asserted its power of excluding them from all possibility of entering heaven.

How does heaven look upon such things? With what amazement do angels hear men judging and condemning their brethren, causing them most cruel suffering of body and mind, and claiming that they do it under the sanction of God? Instead of being under the leadership of Christ, they are following the leadership of Satan. Paul at one time pursued this course, actually believing that he was doing God service; but Jesus spoke to him, and told him that in persecuting his saints he was persecuting him. All persecution, all force employed to compel conscience, is after Satan’s own order; and those who carry out these designs are his agents to execute his hellish purpose. In following Satan’s cruel proposals, in becoming his agents, men become the enemies of God and his church, and will be judged in that great day by that man whom God hath ordained; for he hath committed all judgment into the hands of his Son. [ARSH, Jan 10, 1893. Paragraphs 8-10]

The question now is, has the General Conference united with the state?  Has she turned from Gods power to State? Has she commited fornication with the Kings of the earth?  Has she sat on a beast?  Has she employed the state to seek to correct the erring so-called heretics?  Obviously God has been represented as sanctioning these wicked things.  There should be no question as to whether we should come out of her if she has.  And where are we to go?  Now many are familiar with her dealings with the World Council of Churches, Jesuits in the church etc.  But really she has to do something with those people. Perhaps go to lawyers. 

Take this case out of the lawyers’ hands. It seems awful to me to think that you will go directly contrary to the plain word of God, and will open to the world your cruel work against God’s commandment-keeping people. If this action of yours were to tell only against those who have done injustice, the harm would not be so far-reaching; but can you not see that it will arouse prejudice against God’s people as a body? Thus you will bruise and wound Christ in the person of His saints, and cause Satan to exult because through you he could work against God’s people and against His institutions, doing them great harm.—Letter 301, 1905. [Selected Messages Book 3, page 305, paragraph 3]

Or those people have to use the head of the church to do something.  And until that is done there is no call to come out of her.  What is it that she must do?

Whenever the church has obtained secular power, she has employed it to punish dissent from her doctrines. Protestant churches that have followed in the steps of Rome by forming alliance with worldly powers have manifested a similar desire to restrict liberty of conscience. [Great Controversy p. GC 443]

Please note that the State power must be employed to punish dissent from her doctrines.  In other words the church will come after you using civil power to stop you.  The General Conference must employ the State.

Now most Adventists are aware that the United States is the second beast in Revelation 13.  If you are not then you can learn this from any set of bible studies from the institution or even from books like “Bible readings for the home” or the “Spirit of Prophecy” if you believe in it.  I hope you do as this study is a look at many of the teaching out of the SOP.   Even if not I would ask that you use the SOP quotes as merely a commentary on the scriptures that have been used.  Most Adventists are also aware that the United States power will form an image to the first beast which was the Roman power through the dark ages.  An image consists of a Church and State union.  An image is a copy or look-alike beast.  The image is not Rome.  Rome cannot be an image to itself as many Adventists today believe.

Babylon is said to be “the mother of harlots.” By her daughters must be symbolized churches that cling to her doctrines and traditions, and follow her example of sacrificing the truth and the approval of God, in order to form an unlawful alliance with the world. The message of Revelation 14 announcing the fall of Babylon, must apply to religious bodies that were once pure and have become corrupt. Since this message follows the warning of the Judgment, it must be given in the last days, therefore it cannot refer to the Romish church.  For that church has been in a fallen condition for many centuries. Furthermore, in the eighteenth chapter of the Revelation, in a message which is yet future, the people of God are called upon to come out of Babylon.[GC 383-384]

The image is not the Romish church.  The General Conference has trademarked the name “Seventh Day Adventist”.  This happened in 1980 and has been used to persecute any who would come out of her and use the name “Seventh Day Adventist Church”.  But some are not aware and the trademark has been used to try to extinguish any groups that have come out due to the apostacy in the church.  Some have come out because she slept with the kings of the earth or in other words united with the state and they believe that Revelation 18 calls them out.  The same principle applies to ancient Babylon in the old testament when they said:

Gen 11:4  And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.

A name is a very important thing with God.  Pro 22:1  A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches, and loving favor rather than silver and gold.  Ellen White said once in regards to the name

“We are Seventh-day Adventists…..It is the name the Lord has given us.”  Letter 110, 1902.  

“No name which we can take will be appropriate but that which accords with our profession and expresses our faith and MARKS US a peculiar people.  The name Seventh-day Adventist is a standing rebuke to the Protestant world.  Here is a line of distinction between the worshipers of God and those who worship the beast and receive HIS MARK.   The great conflict is between the commandments of God and the requirements of the beast….” 1T 223, 224

 

So we can see who gave us the name.  There is a difference between Nominal[in name only] Adventists and Adventists in the heart and spirit.  He is an Adventist, not in the letter, but in the spirit and heart.  We must understand when this replacement takes place.  When the Nation of Israel unchurched themselves.  Then we can understand when the General Conference unchurched themselves.

So are the people instructed by there heathen rulers to choose Barrabas over Christ. They are told it is ok to bring people before counsels and sue them over the name.  Is this what scripture teaches?

 

Act 5:27-29  And when they had brought them, they set them before the council: and the high priest asked them, Saying, Did not we straitly command you that ye should not teach in this name? and, behold, ye have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this man’s blood upon us. Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.

 

What an amazing exchange.  The apostles are brought before the courts teaching in a name.  Saying we are Christians.  And Civil Power is aquired by the priests in this forming a church and state union.  Or in other words a relationship with the kings of the earth.  After the church has aquired the state to persecute dissenters.  The apostles who had been previously called out and told “This is the name the Lord has given”  they then say to the priests and courts “We ought to obey God rather than men”.  Or in other words “We will not bow down to this image of the beast that you have created”.    Why do I say “Image of the beast”?

 

“The “image to the beast” represents that form of apostate Protestantism which will be developed when the Protestant churches shall seek the aid of the civil power for the enforcement of their dogmas.” [Great Controversy p. 445]

 

Crazy as it may sound this is what it is to speak as a dragon.   The second beast of Revelation will make an image to the first beast.  An image of the church and state union that eliminated millions of Christians through the dark ages.   An image of the Roman church through the dark ages. The trademark name has been used against many groups now.  A quick search on the internet and you can find much information about the groups they have persecuted. 

 

Interestingly enough the trademark was formed because of a problem with a homosexual group called the SDA kinship group which can still be found on the internet today with a quick search.   

 

Basically the General Conference found that the Kinship group was misrepresenting the name Seventh Day Adventist and decided to seek to eliminate this erring group by using civil power.  The group was brought before the courts and the General Conference lost the case to the homosexual group. 

Question:  Is it not because there is not a God in Israel that they go and inquire of Baalzebub?[2 Kings 1:3].   Is it not because there is no God in Israel that they could lose a case to an abominable group of sodomites?  And not surprisingly they did lose to them. 

 

Let us see the counsel from scripture on taking matters to court.  I am quoting NKJV to get the emphasis here. 

 

1Co 6:1, 6-10  Do any of you dare, when you have a matter against another, to go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints? ….But brother goes to law with brother, and that before the unbelievers. Indeed then there is already on the whole a failure among you, that you have lawsuits with yourselves. Why not instead be wronged? Why not instead be defrauded? But you do wrong and defraud, and these things to brothers. Do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor abusers, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

 

That should send shivers down your spine.  The very thing that made the church unite with the state was the fact that they wanted to take homosexuals to court.  Don’t they know that homosexuals won’t inherit the kingdom of God.   And they dare take them to court before unbelievers. And take a look at this quote from the book counsels on sexual behavior. 

 

We are in danger of becoming a sister to fallen Babylon, of allowing our churches to become corrupted, and filled with every foul spirit, a cage for every unclean and hateful bird; and will we be clear unless we make decided movements to cure the existing evil? [Manuscript Releases Volume Twenty-one, page 380, paragraph 1 and quoted in Testimonies on Sexual Behavior, Adultery, and Divorce, page 188, paragraph 3]

 

Now understand.  Homosexuals were baptized into the church.  The counsel are to examine the candidates to see if they have ceased to commit sin.    Decided movements were not made to cure the existing evil.  And in the end the testimonies on sexual behavior as well as the other testimonies about taking matters to court  as well as the testimonies on baptismal candidates among the rest of the testimonies were all ignored.  The spirit of prophecy and the spirit of God was rejected.  The spirit of Satan was employed to persecute dissenters.  Satans methods employed and the General Conference body commited fornication with the kings of the earth and has become filled with every foul spirit, a cage of unclean and hateful birds. BABYLON IS FALLEN, IS FALLEN. 

 

When they said Ceasar is our king rather than God.   That is when they unchurched themselves.  The General Conference by making the United States there deliverer rather than God through Christ.  They have unchurched themselves saying “We have no King but Ceasar”.  The trademark now has a history of persecution.  There are cases going on all over the world now.  The woman has slept with the Kings of the earth and become a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.  We are instructed to come out of her or be drunk from her wine.  When you come out you will be able to discern her wine if you trust alone in Gods word.  “His last called out people will have no other standard but his word, no power but his spirit”.  

 

Thus by choosing a heathen ruler, the Jewish nation had withdrawn from the theocracy. They had rejected God as their king. Henceforth they had no deliverer. They had no king but Caesar. To this the priests and teachers had led the people. For this, with the fearful results that followed, they were responsible. A nation’s sin and a nation’s ruin were due to the religious leaders. [Desire of Ages, Page 737, Paragraph 6]  

 

Sadly our religious leaders had all this light but yet they still could not see.  They didn’t put oil in there lamps.  They didn’t anoint there eyes with eyesalve[Rev 3:17] The virgin became a Harlot.  A sister of Babylon.   The call is not to reform this body.  When she is fallen we are called out of her.  “Weep and mourn over her for she has nothing left to sell”[Rev 18:11-13].  We are counseled to go to Christ and buy gold tried in fire.  And white Raiment.

 

Deu 24:4  Her former husband, which sent her away, may not take her again to be his wife, after that she is defiled; for that is abomination before the LORD: and thou shalt not cause the land to sin, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance.

 

So now as the earlier quote says.  When Babylon falls, among the sects that come out of her“confusion reigns”.  So where do we go.  Well first we must go to God consecrate ourselves to him individually.  Cease to commit sin, and his word will guide us out of Babylon into the the New Jerusalem.   I would advise those of you who wish to know more to read articles by AT Jones such as “Who and what the church is”.   There are a people that will come together around the world with the same message just as in 1844.  Trust fully in God. 

 

Heb 10:25  Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

 

There are true believers out there.  But you will find that confusion reigns.  This is the Second Angels message.  But the first Angel must also be understood to fully understand the Second Angel.  The gospel in it’s fullness is the light that leads the way.   Don’t forsake the assembling of yourselves.    There is a movement today that is coming to the light of the message.  But as far as the name.   They say we cannot buy or sell without the name Seventh Day Adventist.  Does the state own the name.  Or is it the name the Lord has given us.  What is the standard?  The word is the standard. 

 

“No name which we can take will be appropriate but that which accords with our profession and expresses our faith and MARKS US a peculiar people.  The name Seventh-day Adventist is a standing rebuke to the Protestant world.  Here is a line of distinction between the worshipers of God and those who worship the beast and receive HIS MARK.   The great conflict is between the commandments of God and the requirements of the beast….” 1T 223, 224

 

Remember Paul said about the gentiles that they are Jews, Israel, and Abrahams seed.  Replacement theology is what most call it.  And the General Conference of Seventh Day Adventists have been replaced by Seventh Day Adventists in heart, spirit and truth. 

 

Rev 3:9  Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie;

 

It is wrong to take the name God gave us in vain. . “God has been misrepresented through the church by this very way of dealing with heretics; he has been represented as the one who empowered the church to do these wicked things”. {EGW} 

 

Now the time has come where the true believers are no longer members of the General Conference or receiving the loud cry of the  Fourth Angels call to come out of her and no longer partake of her sins.  The sacred tithes have even been used to finance the monstrosity.  And many Seventh Day Adventists have been trained to label those who come out by the call God has gave as apostates.  But meanwhile the truth is that we stick by the faith once given to the saints, and if we go by the word which God has given us and accept the principles contained in them which “Change not” from one movement to the next.  We are fully justified in pronouncing the General conference a fallen body of Seventh Day Adventists. 

I want to give a few quotes from the Great Controversy and the chapter entitled “The Loud Cry” which refers to the fourth angel of Revelation 18 announcing the message that Babylon is fallen, is fallen.  This was yet future in Ms. Whites day when she prophesied this.  And I believe that with eyes to see you will see that this is being fulfilled before them.  Look at these quotes carefully.

 

Of Babylon at this time it is declared, “Her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.” [REV. 18:5.] She has filled up the measure of her guilt, and destruction is about to fall upon her. But God still has a people in Babylon; and before the visitation of his judgments, these faithful ones must be called out, that they “partake not of her sins, and receive not of her plagues.”…. Hence the movement symbolized by the angel coming down from Heaven, lightening the earth with his glory, and crying mightily with a strong voice, announcing the sins of Babylon. In connection with his message the call is heard,

 

“Come out of her, my people.” As these warnings join the third angel’s message, it swells to a loud cry.[4SP 422]

 

If you are paying attention you will notice that this is symbolized by the angel that “lights the earth with his glory”.  The fourth angel.  Remember those words as they will be touched on in another quote in a few minutes that will be as startling as the ones we will quote here from the Loud cry chapter.   Please read every word carefully.  Don’t be shy to read them again.  The more you read these the more you will realize every word is fulfilled. 

 

“But the Spirit of God came upon them as it came upon Elijah, and they could not refrain from preaching the plain utterances of the Bible,--…. Thus will the message of the third angel be proclaimed. As the time comes for the loud cry to be given, the Lord will work through humble instruments, leading the minds of those who consecrate themselves to his service. The laborers will be qualified rather by the unction of his Spirit than by the training of literary institutions. Men of faith and prayer will be constrained to go forth with holy zeal, declaring the words which God gives them. The sins of Babylon will be laid open. The fearful results of a union of Church and State, the inroads of Spiritualism, the stealthy but rapid progress of the papal power,--all will be unmasked. By these solemn warnings the people will be stirred. Thousands upon thousands have never listened to words like these. In amazement they hear the testimony that Babylon is the church, fallen because of her errors and sins, because of her rejection of the truth sent to her from Heaven. The people go to their former teachers with the eager inquiry, Are these things so? The ministers present fables, prophesy smooth things, to soothe their fears, and quiet the awakened conscience. But many refuse to be satisfied with the mere authority of men, and demand a plain “Thus saith the Lord.” The popular ministry, like the Pharisees of old, are filled with anger as their authority is questioned; they denounce the message as of Satan, and stir up the sin-loving multitudes to revile and persecute those who proclaim it.”[4SP 424]

It is amazing to General Conference Adventists to hear that the church has fallen.   And the sin loving multitudes denounce it as from Satan and will persecute us who proclaim it.  Is this saying the true church is fallen.  No.  The so-called church is fallen.  The nominal Seventh Day Adventist body.  The church in name only.   Which looks like the church but is not.  Let me keep going in this chapter.  You will be persecuted by the sin-loving multitudes.  And they will denounce the message as from Satan.  I promise you.  But they cannot answer those who proclaim this message that goes forth with the spirit and power of Elijah.  One that says “Repent, for you think you are increased with goods”.  That says “Is it because there is not a God in Israel”.  Please see the article “Ellen White on the Trinity” or ask me for a copy of it.  Let me continue as you will see what has happened here. 

 

As the storm approaches, a large class who have professed faith in the third message[Seventh Day Adventists], but have not been sanctified through it, abandon their position, and take refuge under the banner of the powers of darkness. By uniting with the world and partaking of its spirit, they come to view matters in nearly the same light; and when the test is brought, they are prepared to choose the easy, popular side. Men of talent and pleasing address, who once rejoiced in the truth, employ their powers to deceive and mislead souls. They become the most bitter enemies of their former brethren. When Sabbath-keepers are brought before the courts to answer for their faith, these apostates are the most efficient agents of Satan to misrepresent and accuse them, and by false reports and insinuations to stir up the rulers against them.[4SP 427]

 

Notice the timing.  As the storm approaches brothers and sisters.  The storm is approaching and a LARGE CLASS[The General Conference body] of professed third angel message believers partake of the spirit of the world.  Our most bitter enemies are those who will profess the third angels message.  They will testify and accuse the true believers.  The ones who know that spirit is not from God.    I must keep going in this chapter.  Please read this chapter carefully as we are moving into the later parts of it.  And there is about to be a wonderful movement like in 1840-44.  And you have the opportunity to be ready.  Jesus is still in the mediatorial seat right now.  But probation will soon close.   What does scripture say about those who try to use force or in other words “the sword” to try to stop us from teaching in a name. 

 

Mar 9:38-39  And John answered him, saying, Master, we saw one casting out devils in thy name, and he followeth not us: and we forbade him, because he followeth not us.  But Jesus said, Forbid him not: for there is no man which shall do a miracle in my name, that can lightly speak evil of me.

 

Peter wanted to establish a kingdom on this earth and he used the sword.  And Jesus rebuked him and said he knew not what spirit he was of.  The spirit of the dragon killeth with the sword.  And “he that killeth with the sword shall die by the sword”[Rev 13:10]

 

Jesus said “Leave them alone”.   I bring you back to the story of Acts 5 where they were brought before the courts and told to stop teaching in that name[Acts 5:28-30].  A certain man named Gamiliel who once was a teacher of Paul the apostle spoke up with certain wisdom as the Lord just spoke above and said:

Act 5:38-39  And now I say unto you, Refrain from these men, and let them alone: for if this counsel or this work be of men, it will come to nought: But if it be of God, ye cannot overthrow it; lest haply ye be found even to fight against God.

If it be of God no councils or court system or secular army can stop it.  If it isn’t of God it will come to nothing.   While reading this can you see the parrellism that the Jews and Seventh Day Adventist church have.  They are on the same roads.  There is no need to be deceived.   The Adventist church is on the same road as the Roman Church.   I plan to do a scriptural comparison in a later article of the two churches. 

 

We are Seventh Day Adventist in the heart and spirit. 

 

Rom 2:28-29 For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.

God uses the same principle with every branch of his work.  He says “I change not”[Mal 3:6].  They have tried to make a name for themselves.  Like the builders in ancient Babylon.  And there sins have reached unto heaven.  [Rev 18:5].   

Most Adventists today say they are Laodicea.  And I want you to read carefully what Ellen White says about those who are in the Laodicean state at the time that the fourth angel “lightens the earth with his glory”.  If you’ll remember the earlier quote.  Those are the words from the Chapter “The Loud Cry” as well as from Revelation Chapter 18:1. 

“The message to the Laodicean church is appropriate to the church of this time. . . . But He declares”I will come unto thee quickly and remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.” How long shall this warning be resisted? How long shall it be slighted?

“Spiritually deadened, humility and childlike faith gone, a mechanical, formal profession of faith has taken the place of love and devotion. Is this mournful condition of things to continue? Is the lamp of God’s love to go out in darkness? . . .

“The church is like the unproductive tree which, receiving the dew and rain and sunshine, should have produced an abundance of fruit, but on which the divine search discovers nothing but leaves. Solemn thought for our churches! Solemn, indeed for every individual! Marvelous is the patience and forbearance of God; but ‘except thou repent’, it will be exhausted; the churches, our institutions, will go from weakness to weakness, from cold formality to deadness, while they are saying, “I am rich and increased with goods and have need of nothing.” The True Witness says, “And knowest not that thou are wretched, and miserable, and poor and blind, and naked?” Will they ever see clearly their true condition?

“There is to be in the churches a wonderful manifestation of the power of God, but it will not move upon those who have not humbled themselves before the Lord, and opened the doors of the heart by confession and repentance. In the manifestation of that power which lightens the earth with the glory of God, they will see only something which in their blindness they think dangerous, something which will arouse their fears, and they will brace themselves to resist it. Because the Lord does not work according to their ideas and expectations, they will oppose the work. “Why,” they say, “should not we know the Spirit of God, when we have been in the work so many years?” - because they did not respond to the warnings, the entreaties of the messages of God, but persistently said, ‘I am rich, and increased with goods and have need of nothing.’”Review and Herald ExtraDecember 23, 1890; bound Volume 2 of Review and Herald
[EGW articles, pages 453 (column 3) and 454 (columns 1 and 2)]

You may be hearing this now and have braced yourself to resist the “angel that lightens the earth with his glory” because it “didn’t work in the way you expected it”.  Or it hasn’t came in the way that the people of Babylon have told you it would come.  But I can tell you now that it is here.  Do not brace yourselves to resist it?  And do not “Do nothing in this matter as that is a most grievous crime against God”.  This power is lighting the earth.  Arousing many fears.  Even of those who call themselves reformers who are still clinging to many false doctrines of this Babylonian institution.  Come out of the sleep.  Come out of them and be ye separate. 

 

There was a time when she said….

 

I am instructed to say that we must do all we possibly can for these deceived ones. Their minds must be freed from the delusions of the enemy, and if we fail in our efforts to save these erring ones, we must “come out from among them” and be separate.—Ms 106, 1905, p. 8. (“A Plea for Loyalty,” November 20, 1905.) [Manuscript Releases Volume 7, Page 190, Paragraph 1]

That time is past….Thus saith the LORD “Come out of her my people”. 

 

Matters have been presented before me that have filled my soul with keen anguish. I saw men linking up arm in arm with lawyers, but God was not in their company.[obviously not because they lost to homosexuals] Having many ideas regarding the work, they go to the lawyers for help to carry out their plans. I am commissioned to say to such that they are not moving under the inspiration of the Spirit of God. [Testimonies 8, p.69, Paragraph 2]

Whats scary about that vision is that people have no understanding of the spirit that would support such a thing.   You cannot be partakers of two tables.   We have the spirit of God, not the spirit of man.   

Isa 30:1-3 Woe to the rebellious children, saith the LORD, that take counsel, but not of me; and that cover with a covering, but not of my spirit, that they may add sin to sin: That walk to go down into Egypt, and have not asked at my mouth; to strengthen themselves in the strength of Pharaoh, and to trust in the shadow of Egypt! Therefore shall the strength of Pharaoh be your shame, and the trust in the shadow of Egypt your confusion.

Confusion Hebrew for Babel or Babylon.  This principle of becoming Babylon is clearly drawn out throughout scriptures.  I have only given you a taste, and there is no need for us to be “confused” on this matter.  Go up to Egypt[Kings of the earth] for help.  Go to Rome for help.  Go to the United States for help.  In this you deny the faith.  The very spirit of Sabbath rest.  If you support this you then will no longer be “MARKED” as Gods peculiar people but have accepted the “MARK of the beast, and his image.”  By going along with it you will take the mark in the hand.  Due to a shortage of space and so much to say there will have to be other articles written on these principles.  

 

I hope you take the time to read this more than once as there is obviously plenty of meat here from the writings of the Spirit of Prophecy.  Another thing that I would like to achieve in these articles on the Spirit of Prophecy is a re-establishment of peoples faith in “All that the prophets have spoken”.  As many today only accept certain parts that go along with there beliefs.  There is also much differences in the reformation movement today as the quote earlier says “Among those who came out of Babylon, Confusion reigns”.  And that seems to be the case right now.  But God will have a church in unity.  Let us reason together brothers and sisters.  Much love, God Bless.

“Questions have been asked regarding efforts by the General Conference to protect the name of our church through the use of the trademark laws . . .

Q:Is it true that the General Conference has federally registered trademarks for the name ‘Seventh-day Adventist’...?

A:Yes. The General Conference Corporation of Seventh-day Adventists, on behalf of the ENTIRE DENOMINATION, has registered under the United States trademark laws the name ‘Seventh-day Adventist’ and a variety of the church’s programs and services...” Ministry Magazine, December, 1988

On behalf of every member of their body therefore making you a partaker of their sins if you are still a member. 

What astonishing deception and fearful blindness had, like a dark cloud, covered Israel. This blindness and apostasy had not closed about them suddenly, but it had come upon them gradually, as they had not heeded the word of reproof and warning which the Lord had sent to them because of their pride and their sins. They, in this fearful crisis, in the presence of the idolatrous priests and the apostate king, remain neutral. If God abhors one sin above another, of which his people are guilty, it is of doing nothing in a case of emergency. Indifference or neutrality in a religious crisis is regarded of God as a grievous crime; and equal to the very worst type of hostility against God. {RH, September 30, 1873 par. 9}

Rev 18:4  And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
